ORDERS BY PHONE OR MAIL
If you do not want to use our on-line shopping cart, you may order by phone or mail.
To place an order by telephone, please call between 8 AM and 8 PM Eastern Time. Phone: (513) 317-7693. If you receive voicemail, please leave a message. You’ll receive a prompt verification of your order via telephone or email.
To order by mail: Be sure to include the item description as well as your address and phone number. Our mailing address is below.
Once your order has been confirmed and accepted, you will receive an email confirmation. If problems arise with your credit card information, you will be notified by email or telephone. Please be sure you have provided us with your correct shipping address and phone number.
International customers must pay via Paypal. Payment must be in US currency.
PAYING WITH CREDIT CARD OR THROUGH PAYPAL
MidCenturyJewelry.com accepts all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Paypal.com, a secure internet electronic payment service, is our clearinghouse for credit card payments. You may securely use your credit or debit card, even if you do not have a PayPal account.
PAYING WITH MONEY ORDER OR PERSONAL CHECK
We also accept money orders and personal checks (US customers only) which are drawn on US banks. We will hold your order for up to 7 days until your payment arrives. If you payment does not arrive within 7 days, we will restock the order and your payment will be returned to you. We must hold money orders and personal checks until they have cleared. Once a payment has cleared, we usually mail within 2 days.

Shipping & Returns
Free US shipping. Shipping to International destinations is $6.50. We are not willing to ship to Italy. Shipping includes either insurance or delivery confirmation in the US only. We will be happy to combine shipping when multiple purchases are sent to one address. For non-US shipping addresses, we will mail items to most countries using the most economical mailing choice. An email will be sent to the customer once an item is mailed.
All items are securely wrapped prior to mailing and each package mailed within the US is insured with the USPS for the full value of the item being shipped.
Items are normally shipped within two business days of receipt of payment. If an item has been paid for by personal check, the item will be shipped once the check has cleared.
DAMAGE DURING MAILING
If an item is damaged as a result of mailing, please notify us within three days of receipt. For packages mailed within the US, we will proceed with a claim to the USPS.
If an item does not arrive in a timely manner, please notify us. We are not responsible for transit times with the Postal Service. Transit times may vary, particularly during peak seasons. We’ll do our best to track any slow packages using the mailing receipt. If an item does not arrive within 30 days of mailing, we will issue you a full refund and pursue a claim with the USPS. If a package is shipped internationally and is damaged or lost, MidCenturyJewelry.com cannot accept responsibility for the parcel. Our proof that the package has been mailed will be the USPS mailing receipt.
At this time, we are not willing to ship to Italy.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you must notify us by email at info@MidCenturyJewelry.com or telephone us at (513)722-0877, and return the item in its original condition within three calendar days of receipt. We charge a 15% fee for restocking the item. You will receive a credit less the restocking fee. This credit will be issued within seven calendar days of receipt of the returned item. We do not refund shipping and insurance when an item is returned. We will issue a refund either through Paypal or via check. When you complete an order on our checkout page, you are acknowledging agreement with our return policy.
